Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026. Contact: threadbumpjt@gmail.com.

These terms govern your use of Threadbump. By connecting Gmail and using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Threadbump.

1. What Threadbump does

Threadbump is an AI follow-up copilot for Gmail. It reads threads from the last 30 days, flags the ones that need a follow-up, drafts replies in your voice, and sends you a morning digest. You review every draft before anything is sent: Threadbump never sends email on its own. Details of what data we touch are in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You connect Threadbump to Gmail through Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and for everything done through your Threadbump account. You must provide accurate account information and must not share your session with others. You may revoke Threadbump's Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Subscription and billing

Threadbump costs $29 per month, flat — no seats, no tiers, no usage meters. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Charges for a billing period already underway are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we may suspend the service until payment succeeds. Prices may change with reasonable notice; a price change applies from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Threadbump to send spam or bulk unsolicited email, or to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its security or billing.
  • Resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that misuse the service.

5. AI drafts and your responsibility

AI drafts are suggestions, not advice, and they can be wrong. Threadbump flags threads and drafts replies based on what it can see in your inbox; it does not know anything outside it. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you send it, and for anything you send. Threadbump is not responsible for the content of messages you approve and send.

6. Availability and changes

Threadbump depends on third-party services (Google, Anthropic, Stripe, and its hosting and database providers). We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and we may suspend the service for maintenance, abuse, or nonpayment.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Threadbump is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadbump's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination and your data

You may stop using Threadbump at any time by cancelling your subscription and revoking Google access. On termination, your stored Gmail connection, threads, flags, and preferences will be deleted on request — email threadbumpjt@gmail.com to request deletion. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date above, and continued use of Threadbump after a change means you accept the updated terms.
